Terms & Conditions
Definitions
"Goods" means the goods in your shopping basket
at the time of ordering. It includes any service that comes
with any goods.
"Heaven Health & Beauty" "we" "us"
etc. means Heaven Health & Beauty, a company registered
in England no. 3095876.
Basis of Sale
You offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including
any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders
will be subject to these conditions.
If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this soon
after you submit your order by clicking "Complete Purchase".
Delivery
We aim to deliver any item in stock within 21 days of accepting
your order. Orders are sent 1st Class and deliveries outside
of the UK incur an extra charge as indicated on the order
form.
Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates
are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable
effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.
Statutory Rights
So that there is no doubt, anything stated in relation to
cancellation, does not apply to any claim that any Goods do
not meet a standard required by law.
Pricing Information
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown are correct
at the time of publication including VAT. If an error has
been made, you or we may cancel the order in relation to some
or all of the Goods as indicated under "Cancellation".
Errors
Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided
on the Heaven website is correct at the time of going online.
If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact
you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm
that you still wish to proceed.
Cancellation
If you have received any Goods in error or faulty, you are
obliged not to use the Goods, to return them to us in the
same condition as they arrived.

When you send any Goods back to us, we ask that you confirm
in writing the reason for return and your customer order number.
Colour
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour
reproduction, colour may vary due to the times of harvesting
of natural ingredients.
We endeavour to ensure that the products and ingredients are
organic wherever possible.
Payment Methods
You may pay using visa, MasterCard, American Express and Switch.
General
No order is binding on you or Heaven Health & Beauty until
we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you
from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service,
or with our carriers, or on payment in full of the price of
the Goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later. You
or we cannot vary these terms and conditions unless made in
writing and signed by both parties.
